Deposit or payment confirms the slot, the work gets done on the agreed date, and you get proof of the fix, not just a promise.
Who does the work
Strategy Team is run by Sam Pierozzi: 25+ years across design, web, ecommerce and digital product in Australia and Brazil, currently a senior marketing and brand leader in Australian manufacturing who builds websites, stores and product configurators hands-on.
Rapid exists because most web problems are small, urgent and badly served: too small for agencies, too important for guesswork. You deal directly with the person doing the work, you get a fixed price before anything starts, and the fix is done properly so it stays fixed.
